Progressive Consulting is an oil and gas regulatory compliance and production reporting service company, servicing upstream producers since 1997. After decades of servicing a multitude of oil and gas companies, our knowledge base has grown vastly, and we’ve established proven best practices. Progressive Principles
We work with our clients in many different scenarios. We can provide services on a project basis, or on an as-needed basis, and in many cases, we are the production or regulatory department for our clients. Progressive offers well-rounded, knowledgeable production reporting expertise to our clients. We staff more than 20 analysts who have vast experience and knowledge in all basins across the United States. With a large staff to pull from, no project is too small or too large for our staff to tackle. We are extremely flexible and can staff up or down to meet tight deadlines or emergencies that might come up. We have found over the years that this model of flexible staffing, a deep pool of knowledge, and our ability to get reporting through quickly and efficiently provides a cost-effective solution for our customers.
We realize the complexity of many operators’ production accounting and regulatory reporting needs, and we believe that we offer the most comprehensive knowledge base for meeting all agency requirements. Our knowledge and expertise with industry data capture programs/databases makes our skill set very valuable to our clients. We have also developed relationships with state, local, and federal agencies, which provides an advantage for our client base. We perform and work with these agencies on the client’s behalf, not only for monthly and daily reporting processes, but also for agency audit reviews.
How Progressive Evolved
Raelene Milne co-founded Progressive Consulting, Inc. after working in the oil and gas industry at Amoco Production Company. She graduated from the University of South Dakota with a major in Business Management. After her time at Amoco, she gained experience in several small private equity backed oil and gas companies where she utilized her management skills in regulatory and production accounting. Raelene Milne and her husband Brian Milne founded Progressive Consulting with the aim of creating a unique consulting environment in the regulatory and production reporting sector. They sought to offer both a positive work environment and high-quality services. What initially started with Raelene providing services for a couple of Denver-based operators grew into a full-service regulatory and production reporting company. Progressive Consulting expanded its reach to work with clients in over 12 different states servicing over 150 oil and gas companies throughout the US. Progressive Consulting is now one of the largest regulatory compliance and production accounting companies of its type.
