Operator Registration and Transfer of Operator
- Prepare and submit Operator Registration with WVDEP
- Prepare and submit Transfer paperwork for well work permit (Form OP-6A)
- Setup and manage initial well bonding amount with WVDEP, Townships, and Department of Transportation (Road Bonds and Agreements)
Application for Permit to Drill and Associated Forms
- Prepare required permit forms and potential variance requests. Prepare required WVDEP well permits, county and municipal permits (floodplain permits, wetland/stream crossing, etc.)
- Gather required data and coordinate with different departments to prepare application packages. (location plats, casing and cementing plans, directional plans, chain of title for mineral owners)
- Prepare and track all required notifications for drilling permit applications (Land Owner Notice of Entry for Survey Plat, Class II Legal Ad, Notice of Intent to Drill)
- Ongoing review of rules, regulations and updated requirements to ensure regulatory compliance
- Organize, monitor, and track permit requirements
Well Completions
- Well Record and Completion Reporting and submittal of directional surveys and well logs to WVDEP
- FracFocus-Preparation, organization, and online submittal of disclosures
- Wellview, Citrix, Generwell, Excalibur, Access, SQL - extensive experience with most oil and gas software programs
Plug and Abandon/ Reclamation
- Manage and track site reclamation dates and site E&S requirements
- Prepare and mail Notice of Application to Plug & Abandon a well to required parties - coal owner, operators, lessees, and surface owners
- Prepare and submit Affidavit of Plugging for well abandonment
Environmental/ Miscellaneous
- Manage, track and organize Tier II reporting, GHG reporting, SPCC plans, air permitting etc.
- Manage, track, and schedule pre-drill water sampling and submit required forms to water source owners and WV DEP
- Track and manage Township, WV DOT bonded, and WV DOH routes to access each site. Prepare bonding paperwork for new routes and prepare permission letters for contractors to access wells sites for drilling and completion operations
- Prepare potential County floodplain permit applications
Production and Waste Reporting Support
- Build production reporting systems. Quality Check Data. Prepare and submit operator reporting paperwork to secure Operator ID
- Monitor production of wells to gather month end production reporting data
- Prepare WVDEP annual production reports
