Operator Registration and Transfer of Operator
- Prepare paperwork to set up operator with State, city, and County agencies
- Prepare and submit Operator Registration with applicable regulatory agencies including Form P-4 and P-5, P-5A, and P-5O with the RRC
- Bonding with applicable regulatory agencies and Department of Transportation (Road Bonds & Hauling Agreements) including Blanket Performance Bond Form P-5PB
Application for Permit to Drill and Associated Forms
- Prepare required RRC From W-1 permit to drill
- Prepare potential variance requests for exception to Texas Statewide rules (gas venting and flaring, well density, lease line distance, well casing and cementing, etc.)
- Gather required data and coordinate with different departments to prepare application packages (location plats, casing program, drilling plans, directional plan)
- Prepare Groundwater Determination Request Form GW-1
- Prepare certificate of pooling authority Form P-12
- Work with purchases/gatherer and prepare Form P-8 request for clearance of storage tank prior to potential test
- Prepare required city and County permits
- Ongoing review of rules, regulations and updated requirements to ensure regulatory compliance
- Organize monitor and track permit requirements
Environmental / Miscellaneous
- Manage, track, and organize Tier II reporting, GHG reporting, SPCC plans, air permitting etc.
- Submit potential floodplain permit applications to County officials
- Prepare water well drilling and operating permits, and report water production and use to County
- Manage preparation of Emergency Response Plans
- Spill reporting to County and State agencies
- Track and submit all required agency notifications through RRC and City websites
- Prepare and submit annual well status report From W-10 through RRC
- Prepare and mail W-3A Notice of Intention to plug and abandon
- Preparing and submit final W-3 Plugging paperwork to the RRC
- Prepare and submit Form P-6 request for permission to consolidate or subdivide leases, and Form P-17 request to commingle or un-commingle wells if needed
- Prepare and submit any necessary pipeline permitting
Well Completions
- Well Record and Completion Reporting and submittal of as-built survey plats, directional surveys and well logs. i.e. Forms: G-1, G-5, G-10, W-2, W-10, L-1, P-4, P-15. P-16, W-15 etc.
- FracFocus-Preparation, organization, and online submittal of disclosures
Production Reporting Support
- Build production reporting systems
- Prepare and submit operator reporting paperwork to secure Operator ID
- Monitor production of wells to gather month end production reporting data
- Allocation procedures for oil and water production
- Prepare and submit State production report From PR
- Prepare State and Federal production reports including ONRR OGOR reporting
- Prepare and submit skim oil/condensate report Form P-18
- Reconcile and quality check daily, weekly, and monthly data
- Work closely with RRC production reporting department
