Operator Registration and Transfer of Operator
- Prepare paperwork to set up operator with state, federal, and county agencies
- Prepare and submit Operator Registration with applicable regulatory agencies
- Bonding with applicable regulatory agencies and Department of Transportation (Road Bonds and Agreements)
Application for Permit to Drill and Associated Forms
- Submit NDIC Permits to Drill (Form 1 or 1H). Gather required data and coordinate with different departments for exhibit preparations (Form 4 Sundry for logging waiver, location plats, drilling plans, directional plan, Form 4 Sundry reporting legal address, Gas Capture Plan, Off Spacing Affidavits)
- Submit physical address requests to counties for Permits to Drill.
- Submit BLM Permits to Drill (BLM Form 3160-3). Gather required data and coordinate with different departments for exhibit preparations (SUPO, H2S Contingency Plan, drilling plan, location plats, directional plan, and Master Well Plan submittal)
- Prepare and track notice of drilling operations to surface owners
- Ongoing review of rules, regulations and updated requirements to ensure regulatory compliance
- Organize monitor and track permit requirements
- Prepare Salt Water Disposal Permit Applications (Form 14) and required reporting forms (Form 5 & Form 16)
Well Completions
- Well Completion or Recompletion Report and submittal of directional surveys and well logs (NDIC Form 6 Well Completion or Recompletion Report and BLM Form 3160-4 Completion Report)
- Submit NDIC Purchaser or Transporter Reports and Additional Post-Drill Regulatory Work (Form 10A Oil Transporters Monthly Report, Form 8A Purchaser and Transporter of Dry Gas Report
- FracFocus-Preparation/organization of well/log files both hard copies and digital
- Wellview, Citrix, Generwell, Excalibur, Access, SQL - extensive experience with most oil and gas software programs
Plug and Abandon/ Reclamation
- Prepare NDIC Form 4 notice of intention to plug and NDIC Form 7 plugging record for well abandonment
- Prepare and submit reclamation reporting and work with agencies to close locations for bond release
Environmental/ Miscellaneous
- Manage, track and organize SARA reporting, GHG reporting, SPCC plans, air permitting etc.
- Prepare Form 4 Sundry Notice for location change, cement remediation, change to objective formation or spacing unit, well repair, gross interval change, etc.
- Prepare potential floodplain permit applications
- Tracking of baseline water sampling and reporting of water wells within 1/2 mile to the NDIC
Production Reporting Support
- Build production reporting systems. Quality Check Data. Prepare and submit operator reporting paperwork to secure Operator ID
- Monitor production of wells to gather month end production reporting data
- Prepare State and Federal production reports including ONRR OGOR reporting (NDIC Form 5 Oil Production Report or NDIC Form 5B Gas Production Report)
