Operator Registration and Transfer of Operator
- Prepare paperwork to set up operator with state, federal, and county agencies
- Prepare and submit Operator Registration with applicable regulatory agencies
- Bonding with applicable regulatory agencies and Department of Transportation (Road Bonds and Agreements)
Application for Permit to Drill and Associated Forms
- Prepare required permit forms and potential variance requests. Prepare required Federal well permits, county and municipal permits (floodplain permits, access permits, etc.)
- Prepare and track Greater Wattenberg Area (GWA) required notifications including proposed spacing unit notifications, exception location requests and waivers (Rule 318A.a and 318A.c)
- Ongoing review of rules, regulations and updated requirements to ensure regulatory compliance
- Organize monitor and track permit requirements
- Prepare UIC Permit Applications with the COGCC and potential county Land Use Permits
Well Completions
- Well Record and Completion Reporting and submittal of as-built survey plats, directional surveys and well logs. i.e. Form 5, 5A, 10 (COGCC) and Form 3160-4 Completion Report (BLM)
- Tracking of offset well mitigation reporting requirements with the COGCC (Form 42, Form 4s, Form 6s, etc.). Prepare 90 day notice of hydraulic frac to offset operators.
- FracFocus-Preparation/organization of well/log files both hard copies and digital
- Wellview, Citrix, Generwell, Excalibur, Access, SQL - extensive experience with most oil and gas software programs
Plug and Abandon/ Reclamation
- Prepare and submit Form 32 Interim Reclamation report
- Prepare various Form 4 sundry for variance request to reclamation
- Prepare Form 6 for well abandonment
Environmental/ Miscellaneous
- Manage, track and organize SARA reporting, GHG reporting, SPCC plans, air permitting etc.
- Prepare Form 4 Sundry Notice for location change, cement remediation, change to objective formation or spacing unit, well repair, gross interval change, etc.
- Prepare potential floodplain permit applications
- Tracking of baseline water sampling and reporting to the COGCC
- Tracking of SI and TA wells due for MIT. Prepare and submit Form 42 Notice of MIT and Form 21 MIT
- Tracking and associated reporting for offset well mitigation requirements
Production Reporting Support
- Build production reporting systems. Quality Check Data. Prepare and submit operator reporting paperwork to secure Operator ID
- Monitor production of wells to gather month end production reporting data
- Prepare State and Federal production reports including ONRR OGOR reporting
