Progressive Consulting is a company in the oil and gas sector with a dedicated team of nearly 30 experienced regulatory and production analysts. Led by a capable management team, we offer exceptional professional services to our clients. What sets Progressive apart is our extensive industry expertise and years of experience in the field. Over the years, we’ve collaborated with more than a hundred operators across different regions in the United States. Raelene Milne
Progressive Consulting, Inc. has been a part of Raelene’s life for the past 27 years. Before co-founding Progressive, Raelene worked at Amoco Production Company until they merged with BP, Inc. in Denver Colorado. After choosing to leave the public corporate environment she started to develop Progressive Consulting. During those years she had an opportunity to be an equity member in several small Denver based oil and gas companies including Rimrock and Crown Energy Partners. Raelene has a B.S. in Business Management from the University of South Dakota. When Raelene is not working she loves to run marathons and half marathons, compete in triathlons, hike, and spend time with her family.

Brian Milne
Brian is a Colorado native who was raised in a family of ten children in Westminster, CO. He attended Control Data Institute, where he graduated with a degree in Electronics. He also attended Front Range Community College and studied Business Management at Regis University. He was hired out of college by Amoco Production Company, where he worked for over a decade. It was there that he met his wife, Raelene. After Amoco’s merger with BP, Brian left the company and worked alongside Raelene to build Progressive Consulting. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his two boys, Derek and Cory, and he enjoys weight training and all forms of racing. In the late 1990’s, he worked on an Indy Car team, and he currently owns a Radical SR3 race car.

Ashley Noonan
Ashley has been in the Oil and Gas Industry for 13 years, working directly for operators, agency (ECMC), and as a consultant for the last 6 years. She has turned her passion for compliance and regulations into a career. Protecting our land, air, waterways, and wildlife is extremely important to Ashley. Working with Progressive has allowed her to find a love for building teams and processes, and mentoring on how we can ensure we are helping operators produce oil and gas responsibly in this country. Ashley studied Environmental Sciences at the University of Colorado - Boulder. Outside of work she stays busy with a household of three young children. Together with her partner and kids in tow, they love to travel and play outside, from camping and fishing to riding motorcycles, snowmobiles, and side by sides.

Julie Webb
Julie has been with Progressive Consulting, Inc. for 12 years. She got her start in oil and gas with Progressive and has continued her growth in all aspects of the company. She graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Human Resource Management. Julie moved from Michigan to Colorado in 2008. When Julie is not committing her time to work, she loves to ski/snowboard, hike, and mountain bike as well as spend time with her newborn daughter.

Rebecca Trujillo
Rebecca Trujillo, a dynamic team player residing in beautiful Arvada, CO with her loving husband and their adorable puppy. With a business degree in Statistics from the University of Denver, Rebecca started in oil and gas directly out of college and has almost 20 years of experience in the industry. Passionate about her work and driven by a thirst for knowledge, Rebecca excels in the field of production accounting. Her expertise in this area is rivaled only by her eagerness to share her knowledge with the team. As a natural mentor, she takes pride in training and guiding others to help them reach their full potential. Rebecca also has extensive knowledge of state and federal production reporting requirements, upstream production field operations, and production reporting software, being a subject matter expert in the P2/Merrick suite.

Stephany Olsen
M.B.A, M.A., University of Denver A Colorado native who has lived abroad in several countries, Stephany brings a diverse background to her professional life which allows her to see a problem from various perspectives and generate innovative solutions. She is dedicated to her community and spends many weekends volunteering with the Denver Zoo and Junior Achievement.

Aubrey Noonan
B.A. University of Northern Colorado Born and raised in Colorado. You can find Aubrey outdoors enjoying everything from Mountain Biking to Paddle boarding to Skiing. She has a love for traveling, dogs, new foods, and her friends and family. Her laugh is contagious and her can do attitude makes her a great fit for the team.

Blythe Befus
B.S. University of Colorado at Boulder Colorado native, Blythe enjoys spending her time outdoors hiking, camping, backpacking, and running. She is also an avid yogi and enjoys teaching yoga on the weekends.
