Description of Job
The responsibilities of this position, as an Analyst I, include but are not limited to the following:
- You will support our senior and project leads with their client workload
- Projects can include preparing filings for local, state and federal agencies for oil and gas locations, wells, flowlines
- Tracking, filing, and organizing all submittals based on internal and client needs
- Review and analyze rules and regulations in multiple states
- Prepare/update Standard Operating Procedures for new projects
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly updates on projects both internally and to clients
- As needed or requested, handle other activities to support well operations, audits and accounting obligations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree – required (several years work experience may substitute)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment, flexible with the demands of a growing company
- Proficient in Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
